What is Tweetmeme?
Tweetmeme tracks the most popular links on Twitter every 5 minutes.
It aggregates all the popular links on Twitter to determine which links are popular by analysing links that people have “tweeted”, organising and categorising them - delivering streams of the most popular.
It’s an interesting sneak peek into popular culture and what people are talking about and you can use it to add your content to the mix.
